    I can do a personalized nutritional analysis and plan of your choice according to your level of knowledge, time available to log/weigh your food consumed. It can be designed to lose weight, change body composition or to become more lean in order to compete better. Some examples are: 24 hour food recall, Food Frequency Questionnaire (FFQ), 3, 5 or 7 day nutrional analysis or a 3, 5 or 7 day measured nutritional anaylsis.
