All training programs are available in either French or English.

ACHIEVE NEW ATHLETIC RESULTS AS EASY AS 1,2,3.

Developing:
The developing athlete may have limited experience in endurance sports and supplementary strength exercises. They may have participated in one or two sprint or Olympic triathlons in the last season and are looking to improve their performance and results. They may also have a single-sport history of running, swimming, or cycling and are looking to integrate that skill into triathlon.

A customized program is designed to deliver results throughout the season, based your individual goals. Programs are delivered weekly in 4 week blocks with detailed workouts and supplementary drills for improving swim, bike, and run skills. Strength training is also incorporated at this level. Programs integrate heart rate, perceived exertion, strength, power, plyometric specific strength (CSCS certified), and speed training components with weekly marker sets to measure progress.
Fee: $125 month (workoutlog and communication included)

Competitive:
The competitive athlete has experience in triathlon and an extensive endurance sports background. A typical competitor athlete would devote twenty or more hours per week of endurance training. They have raced with results at the Olympic or long-course (including Ironman) level. In addition to a structured swim, bike, run program, these athletes also see the value in strength training and incorporate it into their weekly training program.

A customized program is designed to deliver results throughout the season, based your individual goals. Programs are delivered weekly in 4 week blocks with detailed drills for improving swim, bike, and run skills. A strength program is delivered with emphasis on correcting biomechanical weaknesses. Lactate thresholds are determined and utilized in training programs. Programs also integrate watts, RPMs, heart rate, perceived exertion, strength, power, and speed elements. Weekly marker sets are used to measure progress. Feedback mechanism is in place to report percentage of program completion and training results.
Fee: $125.00 month (workoutlog communication included)

*Dave recommends committing to a training program for a period of 6 months – 1 year to see changes and/or realize results. All Dave Harju Multisport Coaching athletes receive ongoing and unlimited email communication via workoutlog (with Dave), as it relates to their training program. The completion of an athlete questionnaire is required by all to achieve a better understanding of strengths and weaknesses (perceived or real).
